MINUTES OF DELIVERY PROCESS

In the constant presence of all those present and with the stock of the project, the special tender specifications and the contract, he designated the works to be carried out. He indicated the plant sites and the locations of the various works to be carried out, with reference to the stipulations of the Specifications governing the contract, on which he provided ample clarifications in relation especially to the structural material of the works and the quality of the materials to be used.
It also found the measurements, traces and all other factual circumstances relating to the works in question, adding the explanations requested and those found appropriate, both to the assistance staff and to the Contractor.
By signing this report, the parties declare that the area on which the works must be carried out is free from people and things and in any case that the current state is such as not to prevent the start and continuation of the works.
Mr. …………………. (*) in the aforementioned quality, already supplied with a copy of the project documents, the special tender specifications and the contract, declared that he had no difficulties or doubts, that he was perfectly aware of all his obligations and with this deed accept the formal delivery for the object indicated above, without raising any reservations or exceptions.
It is understood that from the date of these minutes the useful time for completing the work starts, established in days ......... (in letters ...............) natural and consecutive so that the completion of the work must take place by ... ………………. .
