The “Single Procedure Manager” (RUP) is a key figure in public procurement processes, especially in reference to the ANAC Guidelines n. 3.   5. Compliance with ANAC Guidelines: the RUP must ensure that the procedure follows the Guidelines, which promote principles of legality, competition and impartiality.
  6. Publication of results: after the contract has been awarded, the RUP publishes the results of the procedure, ensuring the transparency of the decisions made.
