Instructions

The work schedule can be fully set by the user.
1 A maximum of 32 phases can be entered for a maximum of 365 days.
2 By manually entering the "consecutive natural days assigned" coming from the "Initial data), the assigned limit will appear in yellow and red on the day numbering box (line 3).
3 By chronologically entering the actual duration of the individual processes, the file calculates the consecutive natural days required.
4 By inserting the date of the start of the work, the file will automatically bring it back to the beginning of the graph (the beginning of Monday is recommended).
5 When the days entered deviate by 1 unit, insert the previous value with a comma. Example from day 106 if I insert duration 4 it marks 5: if I insert 3,5 the value becomes 4.

The phases and days are set automatically as described below:

6 To delete the phases just select them and press “delete”. It is advisable not to delete everything (leave the # 1) due to the potential loss of formulas
7 To insert new phases, select the last cell inserted (column A), position the cursor at the bottom right of the cell and, once the + sign appears, drag the cell down to the desired position (max 32).
8 To cancel the days, select those to be removed (line 3) and press “cancel”. It is advisable not to delete everything for the potential loss of formulas. In case of deletion of the cell with the number 51, enter the formula inserted in the comment.
9 To enter the days you must start from the last visible day, position yourself on this cell, once the + sign appears, drag it to the right until the expected date (if set, the yellow-red cell must appear when the cursor is released).
10 For the duration of the phases enter "start" and "duration days" (columns D and E).
11 The "Codes" column indicates the repeating phases translated over time.
