- indicated the areas, quarries, premises and means of work granted to the contractor for the execution of the works;
- showed and declared that the area on which the works must be carried out is free from people and things and, in any case, that the current state is such as not to prevent the start and continuation of the works;

he also declares that he has no doubts and that he formally accepts the delivery of the aforementioned works, under the reservations of the law; also declares that the payment of the first installment will take place after the registration of the contract and after the contractual documents have been registered for tax purposes.
It remains established that the legal reserves expire after the completion of the contractual deeds.
