Given the art. 153 of Presidential Decree 207/2010, the general and special specifications, arts. 18, law 19 March 1990, n ° 55 and 9, DPCM 10 January 1991, n ° 55 and subsequent modifications and additions,
the undersigned project manager reminds the company of the obligation:
- to transmit the plan of measures for the physical safety of workers to the contracting authority, to the competent authorities and to the workers 'and employers' trade unions; this transmission must take place before the start of the works and in any case within 30 days from the date of the delivery report;
- to transmit the documentation of the report to the social security, insurance and accident prevention bodies, including the building fund, before the start of the works and in any case within 30 days from the date of the delivery report;
- to send copies of contributions, social security and insurance payments, relating both to this contractor company and to any subcontractor companies on a quarterly basis;
- to communicate the name of the technical director of the site, and the postal, telephone and company address and be always available at this address at any time of day or night, including weekdays and holidays; this communication must take place before the start of the works and in any case within 30 days from the date of the delivery report;
- to install and maintain for the entire duration of the works a special sign of size as required by law, placed on a clearly visible site as indicated by the construction manager. The sign must indicate: the names of all possible subcontractors, registration data with the Chamber of Commerce in the cases provided for by current legislation, the construction manager, the designer, the safety coordinator, delivery date, date completion, and anything else required by the legislation in force; the sign must be displayed within five days from the delivery of the works;
- to stipulate the insurance policy as per the law and art. ………… of specifications;
- to install and maintain, for the entire duration of the work, the list of workers employed and that of wages and salaries, divided by category.
This communication is sent in duplicate, one of which the company will return signed for acknowledgment and acceptance.
