Automatic Calculation: by entering a few data, depending on what you want to calculate, the program automatically calculates the single-phase and three-phase powers and the calculation of the single-phase or three-phase currents, based on the parameters entered by the user, absorbed current, rated motor power, such as voltage power supply, power factor and efficiency.

In conclusion, the "Electric motor current powers calculation" program is an indispensable companion for all those who work with electric motors, providing an accurate and reliable analysis of the powers and currents involved in their operation. Whether you're an experienced electrical engineer, novice or just a hobbyist, this tool will help you achieve high-quality results easily and efficiently.

Simple software for fast calculation of currents and powers of both single-phase and three-phase motors

Instructions

Let's calculate the power in kW of the single-phase and three-phase motor

We insert:

  • the voltage in Volts - 230 V;
  • the current in Ampere - 10 A;
  • the phase shift Cos Ø - 0,9;
  • the yield n - 0,8

Let's see the results:

single-phase power - 1,7 kW

three-phase power - 2,9 kW

Let's calculate the motor current in Ampere (A) based on the absorbed power

The voltage remains 230 V;

we insert:

  • the power - 5 kW
  • the phase shift Cos Ø - 0,85;
  • the yield n - 0,7

Let's see the results:

in single-phase the current will be - 36,5 A

in three-phase the current will be - 21,1 A
